Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Custom or commission pieces may take longer depending on the project.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package size. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping

Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.

Please note that delays caused by the shipping carrier are unfortunately outside of my control.

Cancellations & Customer Service

Please contact me to request a cancellation. Orders may not be canceled once they have shipped.

All prints and artwork are carefully packaged in rigid mailers to help prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with images of the issue.
